Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed
TB skin test current within the last 12 months
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
