Job Overview LSI is seeking Irrigation Technicians to join our team. This role is eligible for commission on all repairs/sales. LSI is a national award-winning family‑owned firm headquartered in Nashville, TN since 1988. We offer Full Time, Year‑Round employment, Monday to Friday 7AM‑4PM.
Responsibilities
Repairing and maintaining commercial irrigation systems.
Troubleshooting, scheduling, and repairing irrigation systems.
Installing systems and ensuring that they function efficiently.
Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves and performing pump repairs.
Adhering to company’s safety policy and ensuring the public is safe while in contact with crews.
Ensuring customers are satisfied through effective communication.
Reporting results to the Irrigation Account Manager.
Skills We’re Seeking
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
Physical requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to move up to 75 lb.
