Basic Qualifications
Must be willing to work on-site full‑time
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education.
Must possess a secret clearance including an investigation within 5 years, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
Prior demonstrated management/leadership experience.
Strong, working knowledge of the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
Working knowledge of corporate industrial security protocol.
Working knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special security requirements (e.g., SCI, SAP, Personnel Security, self‑inspections and Physical Security)
Partnering with SAP security leadership, s needed, with internal Site Assistance Visits (SAV) and external government review scheduling and oversight
Working familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) sufficient to coordinate and support cybersecurity compliance activities.
Must be FSO certified or the ability to obtain certification upon employment.
Capable of critical project management, organizational and internal/external customer service and support.
Must be able to respond to time critical requirements.

You will be the Security Rep Senior Staff for the Security Compliance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring internal security compliance and education across Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
What You Will Be Doing As the Security Rep Senior Staff you will be responsible for managing and implementing a comprehensive security program that drives compliance, education, and inspection readiness.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide guidance and oversight to multiple FSOs to ensure adherence to security policies and regulations.
Maintain and execute a formal security self‑inspection program.
Develop and sustain internal security policies, procedures, and communication campaigns.
Conduct peer reviews and site preparedness assessments for customer inspections.
Coordinate with senior security leadership and utilize subject‑matter experts to support self‑inspections.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
