Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable state; maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current.
Specific Job Requirements
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
