The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $53.65/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $39.81/hr, along with a per diem of $13.83/hr. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $42.92/hr. Shift: Monday to Friday 3 Days 7:00 pm - 07:30 am Per Week: 36 Hours 30 bed unit Surgical and Obs unit, Cerner Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
