The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $44.18/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $28.18/hr, along with a per diem of $16.00/hr. Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $35.34/hr. Shift: Monday to friday 3 Days 6:45 pm - 07:15 am Per Week: 36 Hours Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Certifications & Clearance Requirements
