IMMEDIATELY HIRING ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN GREENSBORO, NC AREA APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED FOR INTERVIEW WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF APPLICATION Job Description As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various electrical systems and machinery. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to repair and maintain equipment. You will work on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain extrusion machines, pulley systems, grinders, saws, and pumps.

Perform electrical troubleshooting, wire tracing, and repairs on motors, including 3‑phased motors.

Work with high voltage systems, specifically 480V.

Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Essential Skills

3+ years of electrical maintenance experience.

Strong knowledge in electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Proficiency in repairing production machines such as pumps, motors, extrusion machines, hoppers, and saws.

Capability to follow preventive maintenance schedules.

Experience in PLC/HMI preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including work with bearings, sprockets, pulley systems, and hoppers.

Knowledge in ladder logic, inputs/outputs.

Continuous improvement and facilities maintenance knowledge.

Degree and industry‑specific certifications are advantageous.

Work Environment The position is located in a mid‑size manufacturing facility that is semi‑clean and semi‑climate controlled. You will be working with older machines on the production floor.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
