This role is a great fit if you have experience or interest in: Daycare or preschool work Babysitting or nannying Teacher assistant or paraprofessional roles Working with children with special needs Psychology, education, social work, or healthcare Recent high school graduates or college students Job Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior programs during therapy sessions Support skill development in communication, social skills, and daily living Collect simple data and follow therapy plans Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive environment for children Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks Compassion, patience, and willingness to learn RBT certification is a plus, but not required. We provide support for BTs pursuing RBT certification. What We Offer
