Merchandiser Retail Coverage II – Walmart – PRIMARY
Overview As a Merchandiser at Acosta for Walmart, you will ensure client brands stand out by driving product availability and executing merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love.
Responsibilities
Schedule work (Sunday – Saturday) and manage the required days for the location.
Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
Straighten products on the shelf and receive, transport and place coupons and signage materials in store.
Use a company‑issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Represent Acosta and client brands in assigned Walmart store(s) and partner with store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone and text.
Complete work within the provided timeframe and report your work the same day you complete it.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations on a daily schedule.
Ability to start work between 6am – 9am and work until 6pm (no evenings).
Basic computer skills and comfort using a mobile device for field technology.
How You’ll Succeed
Own your store(s) and become the face of Acosta in the Walmart store(s).
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers and Acosta team members.
Leverage support from the Walmart team nationwide via various communication channels.
Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness of merchandising tasks.
Maintain accurate and concise data, photos, and reporting.
