Under the general direction of the Director of IT, the Manager of Operational Technology Support is responsible for achieving department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work process within the Information Technology Department and to the designated business owners within Versant. The incumbent will act, in conjunction with other IT leaders as a liaison with Versant Power operations business area and software vendors to provide work planning and contract management for operational technology. The Manager of IT Operational Technology support serves as a leader in the group, participating in strategic IT planning, managing budget and capital planning and associated procurement, and providing guidance and expertise to both the business community and other resources within the IT team. REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent required, with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in a client-focused IT support role. Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of IT environments in general required. Knowledge of testing methodologies and general understanding of audit requirements required. Seniority level
