Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with educational goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies. Provide direct therapy services for students across multiple grade levels and settings. Qualifications And Experience
Active Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC credential. Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is highly preferred. Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school locations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Location: Pelham, AL Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite. Contract Duration: School calendar year, contract through May 2025.
