Overview PeaceHealth Medical Center at RiverBend is expanding its General Surgery services by adding a Physician Assistant to support 9 surgeons and work alongside 5 APCs. This role blends clinic, hospital patient rounding, and operating room (OR) support for a high-volume general surgery team.
Responsibilities
Provide clinic care for general surgery patients, including history, physical, and management plans.
Round on patients in the inpatient hospital setting, coordinating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.
Support surgeons in the OR, assisting with minimally invasive procedures, colorectal, foregut, and oncologic surgical care.
Work in a team-based environment with 9 surgeons and 5 APCs, fostering collaboration and patient safety.
No on-call duty; the role is scheduled during regular business hours.

Salary & Benefits
First-year salary depends on experience: $75.97/hour – $90.05/hour
