Qualifications Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Engage in family outreach and school-based activities.
Participate in professional development and training.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals.
Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
Document student progress and behavioral observations.
Ideal Candidates Have
High school diploma/GED or higher
(experience in special education preferred).
At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
