About Us Middle Georgia State University (MGA), a multi‑campus public institution, offers baccalaureate and graduate degrees and is the most affordable public state university in Georgia. Department Information The Department of Psychology and Criminal Justice produces scientifically analytic, critical thinkers prepared for modern challenges. The department offers an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Doctorate in Public Safety. It also offers a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Job Summary This part‑time position teaches the Bachelor of Psychology program or the minor/certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a start date for Spring 2026 or Fall 2026.

Required Educational Qualifications Minimum of a Master’s degree from a regionally‑accredited university (or international equivalent) in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis.

Preferred Educational Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology (or ABA) preferred.

Preferred Experience

Prior college teaching experience.

Prior online teaching experience.

Other Preferred Qualifications Record of research/scholarly publications.

Unofficial academic transcripts for both undergraduate and graduate courses.
