Eligible candidates hired into a full-time or part-time Patient Service Representative leadership role will receive a sign-on bonus (prorated for part‑time).

What We're Looking For: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Two years of college or equivalent hospital leadership experience.

Certified Healthcare Access Associate (preferred; can be obtained post-hire).

Strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement.
