Southwoods Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technologist for our state‑of‑the‑art Howland Imaging location. In this role, you will perform a variety of ultrasound and radiology procedures, ensuring every patient receives the compassionate care for which Southwoods is known.

Howland Imaging – Warren, OH Employment Type:
Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process with empathy, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the exam.
Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to interpret results and provide accurate, high‑resolution images.
Operate and maintain advanced ultrasound equipment and document findings accurately in electronic medical records.
Requirements
Current Ultrasound Technologist Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Must remain compliant with all RDMS and ARRT requirements for continuing education.
Prior experience in breast (BR) ultrasound is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and a commitment to maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
