Based in Los Angeles, this full-time role involves hands‑on roofing work on custom, estate‑level residential properties. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain a variety of roofing systems, including tile, shingle, and flat/low‑slope systems.
Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
Follow job specifications, details, and company standards with precision.
Maintain clean, respectful, and well‑organized job sites, especially in occupied homes.
Uphold safety protocols and best practices on every project.
Interact professionally with homeowners, house staff, architects, and fellow tradespeople.
Identify issues proactively and communicate clearly with supervisors.
Optionally mentor junior roofers or assist in leading crews when needed.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential roofing experience (custom or high‑end preferred).
Strong technical skills with roofing tools, materials, and installation methods.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and accountable with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work safely on ladders, steep slopes, and various roof systems.
Comfortable working in active, occupied homes where professional behavior is essential.
Willingness and ability to travel to job sites across Los Angeles.
Leadership experience or mentoring ability is a plus.
