Wellness Nurse – Bickford Senior Living

Responsibilities
Accurately follow the resident eMAR to ensure medications are given according to Physician orders.
Understand and follow the “Six rights” of medication administration and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management.
Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
Communicate appropriately with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care.
Provide direct resident care and supervise resident care work of non‑licensed team members as appropriate.
Lead by demonstrating Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to all other team members on shift.
Qualifications
Active license as an LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
Willing to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Proficiency or willingness to learn Bickford’s eMAR system.
