Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $119,999.98/yr

Responsibilities • Admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition.

• Advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments.

• Lead clinical collaboration and support the care team's goals for resident health.
