Complete check‑in and check‑out functions, including collection of co‑pays, scheduling appointments, and requesting medical records.
Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors with a smile.
Communicate professionally with insurance carriers and discharge planners.
Maintain an enthusiastic and energetic presence.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent (Education).
Prior front desk experience preferred.
No required certifications.
