Overview SMG is hiring a

Patient Care Representative . The patient care representative is responsible for the registration process of new and existing patients at the site. The role includes completing check‑in and check‑out functions, collecting co‑pays, scheduling appointments, and requesting medical records. The representative also answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.

Responsibilities

Register new and existing patients.

Complete check‑in and check‑out functions, including collection of co‑pays, scheduling appointments, and requesting medical records.

Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors with a smile.

Communicate professionally with insurance carriers and discharge planners.

Maintain an enthusiastic and energetic presence.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent (Education).

Prior front desk experience preferred.

No required certifications.
