We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Special Equipment Operator to support our production operations by managing the movement, storage, and delivery of raw ingredients and packaging materials. This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On
Receive, store, retrieve, and deliver raw ingredients and packaging commodities to production lines. Operate equipment such as trailer tractors, rail-car movers, forklifts, motorized pallet trucks, and computerized warehouse systems using bar code scanners and radio frequency transmitters. Ensure timely and accurate supply of packaging materials to production areas. Communicate effectively with other departments and respond to non-routine material movement requests. Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation with attention to detail. Adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Uphold compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies and procedures. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications
Food‑grade warehousing experience in shipping and receiving preferred. Forklift, trailer tractor, rail‑car mover, and stand‑up lift operation experience. Shift
2pm to 10:30pm; Monday to Friday; Rotating Weekends (1–2 weekends a month) Compensation
The base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. Equal Opportunity
