Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing client & generating revenue Notify clients ahead of time without fail if we will not arrive in the specified time window Communicate with Parts & Purchasing department to help arrange efficient delivery of parts and scheduling of return visits Debrief with field staff upon the completion of a job Make sure all invoice and job notes are accurate and updated Apply if
