COMPENSATION
Starting rate.00 per hour, prior experience may warrant a higher rate.
PTO available after 7 days.
Overtime premiums paid over 40 hours worked in a week.
Double time pay for time worked on Sundays.
Bonus based on financial performance of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to assist in spotting, loading, inspecting, and moving tractor-trailers as well as transportation hoppers, dry vans, tankers and railcars.
QUALIFICATIONS
Individual must excel in: respect, trust, and responsibility, striving for continuous improvement, commitment to excellence.
Must have High School Diploma or GED, with the ability to read, write and perform mathematics.
Excellent skills in customer relations, verbal communication, teamwork and organization, along with ability to follow oral and written direction.
Requires a detail-oriented and quality conscious.
Must be able to operate a utility tractor.
Will need to obtain Forklift certification.
Physical requirements and capabilities include: Moderate arm strength to utilize pressurized air hose in elevated areas, tolerance to withstand extreme temperatures during seasonal weather conditions, frequent climbing of rail cars and trucks and coordination to safely maneuver within the cars, ability to climb stairs and maneuver uneven terrain, and ability to lift 50 lb. bags.
Must be able to work multiple shifts.
HOURS Rotating 8-hour shifts with weekends and overtime as needed.
