Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in maintaining and managing department budgets
Order, receive, and track parts inventory in line with company standards
Inspect and ensure proper inventory management, deliveries, and organization of parts
Perform other duties as required by management
Qualifications
Strong computer skills and proficiency in industry‑related software
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and math skills
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Previous experience in Parts or Inventory Control is a plus
Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
