St. Johns Town Center – The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. The role focuses on driving sales, overseeing daily store operations, leveraging creative floor‑set expertise, and leading talent development.
What You’ll Do

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
