Supervisor, Inventory Control
Litehouse Inc. is looking for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our Inventory Control team and ensure a high level of inventory integrity across our operations. In this critical role, you'll work cross-functionally to monitor, analyze, and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do
Lead and supervise the inventory control team to ensure accurate cycle counting and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Analyze data to identify shrinkage, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, and partner with key departments to drive resolutions.
Audit job close procedures and implement corrective actions as needed.
Deliver regular KPI reporting, perform root cause analysis, and recommend inventory-related process improvements.
Manage discontinued, expired, and donated inventory in line with company procedures.
Prepare for and support internal and external audits, coordinating with accounting and offsite storage.
Adjust cycle count frequencies as business needs evolve.
Schedule and support the development of team members while upholding food safety and quality standards.
What You'll Bring
High School Diploma or GED required; CLTD certification preferred or required upon hire.
3+ years of inventory management experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency with Smart Client and IAF Mobile Client systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret procedures, perform audits, and present findings in team settings.
Forklift/scissor lift certification required upon hire.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
