Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. The manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and motivate the team to deliver a delicious experience every time. Responsibilities
Hire, train, and supervise a team of pizza‑loving employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Resolve customer issues, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives. Maintain a spotless, safe, and inviting store that reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness. Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry. Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A love for pizza is a definite plus. Benefits
