To ensure professional, courteous service to both guests and internal customers, while maintaining strong team and client relationships.

Drives marketing efforts by representing the Spa during VIP visits, promotions, and public awareness activities.

Ensures all Spa services are delivered to the highest standards, actively supervises facility upkeep, and promotes continuous improvement to remain a market leader.

Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.

Fluency in spoken and written English required.

Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
