Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team and support daily accounting operations and the month-end close process. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, excellent Excel skills, and experience working within an ERP system. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to timely and accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, performing bank and account reconciliations, analyzing variances, assisting with monthly financial reports, and supporting general ledger maintenance. The Staff Accountant will use Excel extensively for data analysis and reporting and work closely with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
