We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our team as an ICU Nurse on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU unit. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

****$20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS****

Minimum Qualifications

Active RN license

BLS or must obtain within 30 days of hire date

ACLS certification or must obtain within 1 year of hire date

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting

CCRN certification

Experience with electronic medical records

Bachelor's degree in nursing

Responsibilities

Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and responding to changes in status

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Skills As an ICU Nurse, you will utilize your critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills on a daily basis. Your ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with patients and their families will be essential in providing exceptional patient care. Additionally, your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, as well as your proficiency in using medical equipment, will also be utilized in this role.
