Responsibilities
Review drawings, specs, and contracts
Perform material and labor take-offs
Prepare accurate bid proposals
Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Identify risks and cost‑saving opportunities
Qualifications
3 years mechanical estimating experience
Strong HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing knowledge
Ability to read construction drawings
Experience with retrofit/remodel estimating
QuoteSoft experience a plus
