Denver North Care Center Are you looking to be part of a fast‑paced, small team in a fast‑growing manufacturing company? We are looking for a production supervisor to support the day to day operations. Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all wires our customers need; from single wires to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few. From the start of 1973, Elektro Assemblies brings prints to life by offering initial builds and production runs, with supreme quality and delivery. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire that is too small or harness too large that we can't produce for our customers. Qualities Needed To Be Successful In The Role
Trains, develops, and grows people to support the business in all facets. Provides direction in the resolution of technical and production‑related problems. Organizes daily and weekly work for operators and able to work beside them. Ensures work is completed on time and in full. Ensures adherence to Elektro Assemblies policies and procedures. Supervises employees in a manner that fosters a safe work environment. Provides continuous communication to operations leadership. Promotes open communication and trust, affording opportunities for training and growth. Mechanically sound and a great problem solver. Remains flexible to the needs of the business and performs other functions as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Lean Manufacturing Qualifications
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) An AA degree is a big plus but not a requirement. 3+ years of Manufacturing experience is required. Minimum one year of related experience leading production operators. Lean Six Sigma Certifications If you are a self‑motivated, engaged team member that has manufacturing experience, we'd like you to apply!
