Job Summary
Facilities Security Management
Direct/Manage/Supervise the delivery of safety and security programs for the organization’s premises. Develop and implement security standards, policies, and practices. Analyze work environments and assess local and regional issues to identify, evaluate, and monitor risks that could affect business operations. Oversee internal investigations, incident management, workplace violence prevention, emergency planning and response, access control, and security for special events and activities. Develop a culture of safety and security through the coordination and delivery of training on security topics. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify safety and security deficiencies and with law enforcement to support security efforts.

Responsibilities The CCure Manager will lead daily operations for the CCure access-control program and Team. Supervising staff, managing workloads, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service. Working closely with the Senior Manager and Director, this role helps set team goals, develop and maintain policies, and drive process and efficiency improvements. The CCure Manager will support long-term planning for system upgrades and evolving access needs, oversee the utilization of the access control environment, and assist with budget development and tracking. This position also plays a key role in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff. The CCure Manager regularly communicates department priorities and performance, and reports directly to the Senior Manager for guidance and approval on major decisions.
Manager, Facilities Security Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
Software House CCure 9000 experience is required.

Minimum Qualifications EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT :
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
