Manager, O2C Financial Systems (Zuora)
– Relativity Job Overview This role will be the end‑to‑end process subject matter expert, own Zuora platform operations, and lead project teams supporting our Billing/Collections and Revenue Accounting teams’ initiatives. The Manager, Finance Systems will partner closely with IT to ensure quality integrity and seamless integration throughout the data lifecycle with Salesforce CPQ, upstream, and Workday Financials, downstream. The ideal candidate will have high fluency in both functional and technical discussions and the gumption to develop flexible, future‑proof solutions in this critical area of the business. Posting Type Hybrid/Remote (some travel expected) Reporting To Director, Financial Systems Responsibilities Administer and own configuration of Zuora platform (Billing and Revenue/RevPro) to meet business needs and support scalable growth Lead and execute roadmap objectives increasing accuracy and efficiency Champion innovation and automation through AI and other intelligent solutions Triage and identify bug fixes required for Zuora while working with third‑party resources Participate in all stages of the SDLC, from QA to UAT, for Zuora‑related fixes and dependent system impacts Maintain tight collaboration with key cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment Ensure compliance controls satisfy audit and SOX requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of combined hands‑on technical financial systems experience including Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro In‑depth functional knowledge of 606 Revenue Recognition standards Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business and technical teams Solid understanding of data reporting tools Integration experience with Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, and Adaptive (a plus) Exceptional attention to detail Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range is $116,000 – $174,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
