Ohio, Indiana & Kentucky. Travel:

Ohio (50%), Indiana (25%), Kentucky (25%). Must be based within commutable distance of Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati, OH (Columbus is the preference). Job Responsibilities

Represent Athletic Brewing's values and mission in the territory. Maintain and cultivate relationships in territory – distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners – including sales launch presentations, work withs, events and samplings at key accounts. Actively drive a personal vehicle throughout the market to visit accounts 5 days per week to increase business and manage displays within the designated territory. Minimum 36 hours in trade time per week. Complete a minimum of 450 VIP KARMA Survey logged account interactions at retail (e.g., grocery stores, convenience, drug, bars, restaurants). Execute visits at priority accounts list from manager. Log surveys in VIP KARMA while onsite at the account with photos for every visit. Perform six sampling events every 90 days. Complete standard survey and commitment tracker for all surveyed accounts while at the account. Recap visits weekly to distributors with action items to add items or displays. Perform samplings, activations, and attend events. Drive sales volume and distribution by identifying new opportunities, active selling, and motivating distributor sales teams. Visit new and existing retail opportunities on a regular basis – both traditional and non‑traditional for our innovative segment, on‑and‑off premise. Ability to fulfill physical requirements of delivering beer and setting up at festivals – safely lift, climb stairs, clean. Must be able to travel around the territory freely and regularly. Independent operator – disciplined and self‑driven. Good communicator and team player, able to build meaningful relationships with new contacts and motivate. Personal curiosity in improving systems. Desire to have a positive impact on customers. Passionate interest for the brewing industry and community. Must live or be willing to relocate to the territory. Available to work nights/weekends as needed. Skills & Experience

4‑year college degree preferred. Beverage/restaurant industry experience valued. Cicerone Level One completion valued. Strong market selling skills and savvy valued. Clean driving record. Job Details

Location: Must reside within reasonable commutable distance from the area/city. Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience – base salary plus quarterly & annual performance bonuses. Vehicle: Driving is an essential function. You will drive your personal vehicle throughout the assigned market 5 days a week. Role eligible for vehicle reimbursement program. The job requires walking, bending, stooping, and lifting 25+ lbs. Requires daily travel by car for up to 8+ hours. The employee is regularly required to perform work in a sitting position primarily.
