Job Overview TimberStone Masonry + Construction is hiring Project Managers to lead high‑end residential and commercial masonry construction projects from concept through completion. This is a full‑time, on‑site role offering you the opportunity to take ownership of projects—including estimating, scheduling, coordination, job costing, quality control, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initial client meetings through completion

Review project plans, budgets, and client needs to provide tailored solutions

Build and maintain strong client, architect, and builder relationships

Estimate project costs using internal systems and historical data

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction operations

Use JobTread CRM for project management and documentation

Oversee construction document organization and accuracy

Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Adapt to jobsite challenges and proactively resolve project issues

Provide leadership and coordination across multiple crews and vendors

Ensure project quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in construction project management

Experience or knowledge of masonry construction methods

Proficient with masonry construction plan-reading (including grading plans) and project specifications

Proficient with software such as SketchUp, Bluebeam, or JobTread (a plus)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

Proactive, adaptable, and self‑motivated

Excellent communication skills—written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
