ESD Homes is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction projects in Atlanta with strong planning, meticulous documentation, and clear, consistent communication. In this role, you will oversee schedule, budget, quality, and safety; coordinate and direct trades; manage change orders with accuracy; and provide clients with organized, timely updates. We're looking for a proactive construction leader who anticipates challenges, addresses issues early, and keeps projects moving toward a clean, on-time completion

Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Budgeting
* Create accurate labor and material estimates.
* Manage budgets and document changes in scope or costs.
* Construction Oversight
* Direct daily jobsite operations to ensure pace, quality, and safety.
* Schedule and supervise subcontractors, using JobTread for tracking.
* Client Relations
* Provide weekly client updates, manage invoicing, and document changes.
* Lead client meetings to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the project.
* Team Coordination
* Mentor junior team members and motivate crews to meet ESD standards.
* Collaborate with vendors and the Construction Coordinator for seamless operations.
* Risk Management
* Identify and document risks early.
* Implement mitigation strategies to keep timelines and budgets on track.
* Internal Collaboration
* Contribute to pricing future projects and attend weekly team meetings.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in custom residential construction.
* Prior experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in the Atlanta market.
* High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
* Strong skills in reading and implementing architectural plans and specifications.
* Clear, confident communicator and team-oriented leader.
* Familiarity with project management software (JobTread preferred).
* GWSCC Blue Card preferred.
