Job Description
The following is considered minimum expectations in performance while working for Domino’s Pizza:
Answering the phone or assisting carry‑out customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable about our menu.
Maintaining a perfect appearance according to company standards.
Demonstrating customer WOW steps: (1) Apologize, (2) Give what they want, (3) Provide something extra.
All pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
No one is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to place in the oven.
Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order (no exception).
No one is allowed to carry more than $20 on clock, including personal money.
No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and presentable.
Drivers are not to be routed early or check in early from delivery.
Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
Only the proper procedure for products is allowed.
Every driver must have completed Safe Delivery CBT.
Every order is to be repeated for accuracy, and name and address confirmed.
