Equipment Operator – Test Stand

General Overview The Equipment Operator, under the Site Supervisor’s guidance, will follow company safety and operational protocols to deliver services safely and efficiently. Through training and practice, the operator will support rigging, pump maintenance, acid and chemical operations, blender operations, ground foreman tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Rig up, rig down, operate and maintain equipment as directed.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Follow all company operational policies.
Safely rig high‑pressure iron and hoses for well service.
Perform routine maintenance on assigned service equipment.
Drive equipment to and from locations as required.
Submit daily driver logs, equipment/truck reports, and Individual Vehicle Driver’s Records (IVDRs) on time.
Complete additional related duties as directed.
Other Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
Complete all safety and other required training.
Communicate effectively to coordinate well service activities with crew and supervisors.
Travel to job locations as needed, including extensive out‑of‑town travel.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Mental & Physical Requirements
Read, speak, and write English proficiently.
Work under stressful conditions.
Perform bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, standing, walking, stooping, squatting, and other physical tasks for extended periods.
Handle heavy lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally; 50 lbs frequently; 20 lbs constantly.
Operate manually with dexterity and use hands to handle tools and controls.
Work in moderate noise, vibration, and bright light environments; all climate types (hot, cold, humid, rain, snow).
Wear safety gear such as shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats when required.
Work irregular shift hours, overtime, and travel, including overnight stays and multi‑day deployments.
Demonstrate strong work ethic, integrity, reliability, and responsibilities.
