Responsibilities As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in patient care, case acceptance, and practice flow. Responsibilities may include:

Welcoming new patients and families and creating a positive first impression

Conducting new patient consultations and assisting with orthodontic evaluations

Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently

Reviewing financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options

Coordinating treatment start dates and scheduling appointments

Answering patient questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism

Documenting treatment plans and consultation details accurately

Collaborating closely with doctors, assistants, and front office team members

Supporting patient education and motivation throughout treatment

Assisting with practice promotion and patient follow-up as needed

Miscellaneous administrative and coordination duties as needed

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally personable, confident, and warm in patient interactions

A strong communicator who can explain complex information in a clear, friendly way

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Team-focused, with a “team before self” mindset

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinical environment

Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow

Proficient with computers, tablets, and practice management software

Experienced in dental or orthodontic settings (preferred, but not required)

Able to build trust and rapport with patients and families of all ages

Position Details

Type:

Full-time (35–40 hours/week), 3–4 days per week

Schedule:

Variable hours between 6:30am–5:30pm; standard 8–10 hour shifts

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

1+ year dental/orthodontic or patient coordination experience (preferred)
