Overview
Full‑time Customer Service Representative II at National Dentex Labs, Hawthorne, CA. The role is part of the West Coast Dental Lab team. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly. Process outbound calls efficiently. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure accurate data entry. Maintain accurate accounts and update doctor preferences in the database. Schedule and track FedEx pickups. Submit new doctor information to the LMS. Assist Accounting and Sales with pricing requests. Retain customers and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
required. Experience in a dental environment preferred. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive demeanor. Strong listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Benefits & Compensation
