Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2400 Brownsboro Rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met at all times
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Train and develop new team members
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed
Implement and maintain quality control measures
Qualifications
Proven experience in a fast‑paced food service or retail environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑pressure environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in pizza preparation or delivery is a plus
Additional Information
Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. Use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing while creating a great place to work.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver’s license.
