About the Role JEI Learning Centers is seeking a Franchise Coordinator to support our growing network of educational franchisees across the U.S. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who has or is interested in gaining hands‑on experience in the fields of franchising, education, and business relationship management. In this role you will work closely with new and existing franchisees to help them grow their business and also support their ability to better serve the educational needs of Pre‑K through 9th‑grade students. You will gain valuable insight into franchising, marketing support, and business operations as part of a globally recognized leader in supplemental education, with opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Pay Range This range is provided by JEI Learning Centers, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $52,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as a professional representative of the JEI brand and franchise system

Support new and existing franchisees through onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing communication

Coordinate franchise support initiatives, marketing programs, and special events (e.g., grand openings, open houses)

Provide on-site support visits to franchised locations as needed

Assist with organizing and improving internal franchise support processes

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and thrive in a fast‑paced office environment

U.S. citizen or permanent resident (visa sponsorship is not available)

Preferred Skills

1‑3 years as a JEI Instructor (or similar learning center experience) is a plus!

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field

Experience in K‑12 education and/or franchised business environments

3+ years experience in franchising, customer service, operations, or coordination roles

Open to recent graduates with relevant internships and/or customer‑facing or coordination experience
