Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Support Coordinator located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The Franchise Support Coordinator will provide assistance to new and existing franchisees through case management, ensuring timely resolution to their inquiries. Responsibilities will include delivering franchise related support and training, addressing business concerns/issues, and facilitating smooth communication between franchisees and the company. The role requires a strong ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative environment with franchise partners.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with franchise partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relay information and resolve inquiries
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Proven customer service skills with a focus on problem‑solving and ensuring satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or related office software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in franchise operations or a related field preferred; related industries is a plus
Prior experience in the field of education a plus
