Senior Pastor – Cornerstone Bible Fellowship (Winfield, KS)
Cornerstone Bible Fellowship is seeking a full‑time Senior Pastor to lead the church toward the fulfillment of its purpose as taught in Scripture and as stated in its Bylaws. The role involves preaching, teaching, mentoring, and guiding the congregation in spiritual growth while advancing the mission to reach the unsaved.
Responsibilities
Serve as the shepherd of the church, responsible to Jesus Christ.
Teach and preach the Word of God.
Oversee the administration of the ordinances of Baptism and Communion.
Advance the spiritual life and interests of the congregation.
Be available for counsel, weddings, funerals, baptisms, and communion as needed.
Present a written report on the work and condition of the church at the annual business meeting.
Accountable to the Elder‑Deacon Board and ultimately to the congregation.
Serve as a voting member of the Elder‑Deacon Board and, where required, an ex officio member of all church boards and committees.
Direct the pastoral and office staff.
Qualifications
Ordained or licensed pastor with the legal ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Three‑fourths majority approval by the congregation for a calling of the Pastor.
Ability to terminate services with three‑month notice or by mutual agreement.

Essential Job Functions
Communicate the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited.
Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events.
Assist in the overall strategic, managerial, developmental, and growth efforts of campus ministry.
Lead first impressions, parking, and hospitality teams for weekend services.
Manage event logistics, facilities coordination, and campus preparedness.
Oversee safety, volunteer scheduling, and service flow readiness.
Coordinate supplies, set‑up, teardown, and operational needs for all events.
Ensure excellence in facility cleanliness, presentation, and environment.
Track and report operational metrics related to service readiness and volunteer deployment.
Collaborate with Ministry Support leadership for alignment of systems and goals.
Serve as a visible campus leader during weekend services and events.
Teach in small, medium, and large group settings.
Support pastoral care needs of the campus.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Volunteer leaders for First Impressions, Hospitality, Parking, and Campus Operations.
Oversight and development of operational volunteer team leads.
Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in event management, operations, or hospitality.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑campus ministry environment.

Youth Ministry Director / Pastor – Rock Harbor Church Rock Harbor Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Ministry Director/Pastor to lead and develop our vibrant youth ministry. The role involves creating a safe and engaging environment for youth to grow in faith and build meaningful relationships.
Requirements
Legal ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Minimum of two years of experience leading a healthy and growing youth ministry.
Committed to God with a testimony of conversion and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Ordination or credentialing with the Evangelical Covenant Church or ordination as an ordained/licensed pastor from another denomination.
Exhibit a teachable spirit and participate in regular spiritual growth events.
Tithe faithfully and regularly.
Annual compensation range: $45,000 – $65,000.

Support Sunday morning worship and related ministries.
