We are actively hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide non‑medical home care services to the elderly and disabled at Cheer Home Care Inc. Join a team that values competitive pay, professional development, and the well‑being of our caregivers.
Salary and Hours Hourly Pay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour.
Shifts: 12‑hour Mon‑Sun AM/NOC. Flexible full‑time or part‑time availability.
Location: Rancho Santa Fe, North County, San Diego.
Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and light meal preparation.
Provide transportation to medical appointments.
Offer specialized dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and hospice care.
Offer 24/7 hourly care support.
Perform light housekeeping and organization.
Requirements
Experience with ADLs and personal care.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED (not required).
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for client transport (mileage reimbursement).
Cell phone with internet access.
