Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Lubbock, TX)
Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX. Pay is $2,490–$2,683 per week for a 13‑week assignment. The shift is 4 × 12‑hour (19:00–07:00). At least one year of experience is required.

Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown care
Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management
Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
Blood product administration
Central line and peripheral line care/management
Cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration)
Non‑invasive airway management, isolation precautions
Cardiac telemetry, pre/post cardiac cath
Feeding tube care, continuous bladder irrigation
Pre/post hemodialysis management, renal failure & transplant
Phlebotomy, PICC line management, IV initiation
Heparin protocol, cardiac drip titration
Substance withdrawal protocols
External CPAP/BIPAP, high flow nasal cannula, nasal cannula
Oxygen administration and oxygen tank management
Tracheostomy and wound care (including wound vac)
Job Details
Pay: $2,490–$2,683 per week
Assignment length: 13 weeks
Shift schedule: 4 × 12‑hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
Minimum experience: 1 year
