As our Customer Service Rep – Dispatcher, you'll kick things off by scheduling and coordinating mobile service appointments, making sure customers' needs match technician availability. Throughout the day, you'll be the communication hub‑confirming service requests, equipment details, warranties, and parts. You'll keep technician routes efficient, handle schedule changes on the fly, and follow up with customers for feedback. Plus, you'll work closely with service advisors, the parts department, and the service manager to keep everything running like clockwork. Accurate record‑keeping in our service software ensures nothing gets missed. HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Previous experience in a service department, dispatching, or customer service role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Computer literacy and solid typing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation BONUS POINTS FOR
