Join our growing team as a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP), with the flexibility to accept or decline cases and build your own schedule.
Our patients are residents in assisted living facilities, receiving treatment under Medicare Part B outpatient models for simplified documentation.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Implement evidence‑based therapy techniques during home visits and facility sessions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
Provide education and support to patients and families on communication strategies.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in patient assessment and treatment planning.
Passion for compassionate care and improving patient lives.
Pay ranges from $50.00 to $70.00 per hour with a flexible schedule, working in person in assisted living settings.
