*Job Title:* Speech Language Pathologist
*Job Summary:* $50-$70 per hour. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The Speech Language Pathologist will work with students of varying ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language and communication disorders.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Assessment and Diagnosis:* The SLP will conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language and cognitive disorders. * *Treatment Planning:* Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals, and regularly review progress to adjust interventions as needed. * *Therapy Implementation:* Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in a school setting, including individual and group therapy sessions. * *Documentation and Reporting:* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and progress reports in compliance with legal and professional standards. * *Collaboration:* The Speech Language Pathologist collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, OTs and PTs to ensure comprehensive care and to address each student's unique needs. * *Professional Development:* Stay updated with current research, trends, and technologies in speech-language pathology and actively participate in continuing education opportunities.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology * Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to student care * Experience working with students across a range of ages and conditions * NH SLP license * ASHA Certified
*Work Environment:* This position is in a school setting. Opportunities exist from preschool up to high school. Other locations are available throughout NH and MA.
